We're still frozen

Tomorrow will be one week since the freeze arrived. We are still frozen. The girls are out of school all week. My dad has been picking Leah up and then driving me to work since he has a 4x4. I tried to drive myself on Tuesday and got stuck in my parking lot at work. It took 38 minutes for 2 gentlemen to get me out! Then I drove home at no more than 10mph and still slipped and slid. I swore "NO MORE" as I finally arrived in my driveway, practically hyperventilating! The weather man is predicting 8 inches for this weekend but the temperature forecast is above freezing so maybe it won't be as treacherous. The girls want me to play so I better run.
